Kemal Korkmaz
architect, M. Sc.
Kemal is a designer, architect and restoration specialist, based in Izmir, Turkey. After his studies, he has been involved various projects in Turkey and Italy.
​
He has been also involved various architectural competitions and he has purchasing award and golden magnet exhibition stand award as well as exhibited in various grounds with his works.
​
He is easy to work in multidisciplinary grounds with his outgoing personality. However his artistic conceptual approach on projects cannot be under estimated. His knowledge of theory and practice can be merged gently in his works. Kemal is also a published architect, which you may find the links on CV section. Amongst his main interests, there lay history and theory of design and architecture. He has researches on merging the history of art with history of architecture. Meanwhile he has been also worked on energy efficiency optimization of heritage buildings which were not published yet.

Kemal has an enthusiasm on design in general. He has design object published and produced under Konu Ateliér brand. Lately he has a growing interest on fashion design and styling, which you may also follow it on KEMbyKEMALKORKMAZ.

He works on rhinoceros software for both 2d drafting and 3d visualization. However he is open and fast learner for other practical softwares of AutoDesk. Meanwhile he is also advanced in AutoCAD, since he also has been involved in restoration projects.
