The project is produced in Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, in association with the department of Studies and Projects, directorate of Project Design and Development in 2021-2022.
​
Within the directorate the project is co-ordinated by Kemal Korkmaz, with the team of following architects:

The project has started with survey drawings and in-place survey studies. Conservation projects are prepared for Ministry of agriculture and forestry.

Yamanlar Sanatorium
Yamanlar Sanatorium is a group of buildings which is located in Yamanlar Mountain, Karsiyaka, Izmir. The building group is developed in 1950s to 1970s as sanitary and social facilities base.
The building group composed of Sanatorium;
Caffé;
Restaurant;
and various cottage types:
Type A Cottage;
Type B Cottage;
Type C Cottage;
Type D Cottage
